What we collect

Your name and email for your account, the reports you choose to upload, and basic usage counts used to run and improve the service. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How uploaded reports are handled

• Before any text is stored or sent to the AI model, we redact Social Security numbers, dates of birth, full account numbers (the last four digits are kept), driver's license numbers, and phone numbers.
• The original PDF is kept in private storage that only your account can read.
• We do not write report text to logs.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded reports are deleted automatically 90 days after upload. You can delete a report and everything derived from it at any time, or delete all of your reports and data from your account page. You can also ask us to delete your data by email, and we will do so on request.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use service providers to operate the product: hosting and database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and AI processing of redacted text (Anthropic).
